Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Yokohama

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The surroundings were peaceful, and it had everything we needed. Plus, there was a market and train right across the street! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Thank you for hosting, Hiro! We had a great time!

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

The property has all facilities as listed. this is very close to Asakusa station, Sensoji temple, Sumieda river, Asakusa Skytre. there is a 24 hour laundromat in 2 mins walk and wonderful eating places. and great access to travel everywhere. absolutely recommend to whomever is traveling to Tokyo

Die Unterkunft war nah an der Bahnstation und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell reagiert.

We had a great time! The apartment is located in downtown Shimokitazawa with loads of restaurants, shopping and transportation at your doorstep. The host booked airport transportation and responded quickly and was very helpful. We had a great time exploring Tokyo from here. Would definitely recommend!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. Yukari was a wonderful host and very responsive to all our queries! Fairly basic but nice and clean apartment in Sumida City (East Tokyo), x3 large double beds which was suitable for our family of 4. Clean kitchen with amenities you would expect. Also small but nice bath, washer and dryer. Lift up to 10th floor, easy to get in as per instructions. Relatively short walk to Skytree tower and train station. Easy bus connection to Disney and Disney sea at train station. Bit far from other tourist areas like Shibuya

Amazing place, and neighborhood right beside the Y and F lines. The house was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with every detail shiny clean. Yutaro and Rei were very responsive, and helpful (and also gave some good tips like Sailknotz bakery!). Huge, new, nice house. Very quiet, yet steps away from anything you’d want to do. 711 about 30 seconds away.

A really lovely place with friendly and responsive host. Limited kitchen facilities but very functional and spotless. 10 minute walk to Mitaka station and a bit further to Kichijoji. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It is very hard to describe how great this place was for our two-week family vacation. We come every year to Tokyo and have stayed at this property for the first time - it was hands down the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The host, the amenities (down to charging cables and batteries; they even bought some children stuff for our kids) plus the style, location etc etc. I almost fear this place will never be available again as it just was so good. We do miss it already being now back.

友人家族と楽しませていただきました。 江の島の中にあって立地が島内観光に最高です。 駐車場から歩きますが近かったですし、中のお部屋は写真の通りクールでかっこよくアメリカンヴィンテージな雰囲気でした。 電子レンジや大きな冷凍冷蔵庫があり、コップや食器類も揃っていて、本格的な飲食店仕様のガスコンロやシンクが使えます。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、シャンプー類やドライヤーが使えます。 Wi-Fiルーター完備でプロジェクターにスマホを繋いで映像を楽しみました。 トイレやシャワーは清潔感ありました。 9人でしたがベッドが区切られているのでぐっすり休めました。 また泊まりたいです！ありがとうございました😊

赤ちゃん連れだったので、少し早めに入室させていただけたたのはとても助かりました。 寝室が4家族分あり、テレビやエアコン、椅子などそれぞれ揃っていて快適でした。大画面のテレビでNetflixが見れて感動したし、中も広くて十分ゆったりできました。1階の窓の開け方が分からずシャッターが閉められなくて朝明るかったのと、ドアが1部ちゃんと閉まらないところはあったが、その他は申し分なく清掃が行き届いていてゆったりできる施設でした。ホストの方々もとても気さくで優しく色々お話できてよかったです。BBQで調味料が足りなかった時も快く貸していただき助かりました。ハイシーズンの割には値段が安かったと思うので、またチャンスがあったら使いたいと思います。

We had no trouble at all finding the place and checking in because Keitaro picked us up from Yutenji station at a time of our choosing and showed us to the apartment. It's in a peaceful neighbourhood just a 3 minute walk from Yutenji station, a few stops away from Shibuya, so we liked that it was near the action but away from the crowds. The listing was clean and well stocked with more than the essential amenities that we would typically expect. Keitaro is an approachable and helpful host who spoke English well so we had no trouble communicating too.

大人5名、子ども11名で利用させて頂きました。 設備は写真通りでとても綺麗でした。 冷蔵庫や洗濯機、シャワーも2つずつ、トイレは3箇所もあり大人数でも困る事なく宿泊する事ができました。 ダイニングテーブル以外にもテーブルや椅子があるので、子どもたち全員を一度に食事させる事ができ、ありがたかったです。 また、ホスト様からのレスポンスが早く、不安はすぐに解消されたので安心して利用する事ができました。 閑静な住宅街にあるので騒音には気を遣いましたが、大人数で泊まれて、綺麗で設備は充分に揃っていて、この金額で利用できるのは素晴らしいと思いました。

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

The place is close to ikebukuro station. Ikebukuro is really great station where so many lines connect there. 2 minute walk to nearest exit (west exit), and some minutes walk to train gate. Close to 24hr convenient store. Also some kebab store. The place is clean. All you need for your stay is there. No tv, but has an android projector that has many apps like disney, netflix, youtube etc. This place is in 3rd floor, and no elevator. Prepare your power to lift up your baggage to 3rd floor. The closet has no electric bidet. I guess asian who want a bidet should use shower to spray. 😅😅 Afterall,it was a really nice and close place.

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay! It really is a kid friendly accommodation in Tokyo. The loft is great to keep the little ones busy. The location was great—close to a few train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Do expect 30-45 minutes of transit towards main attractions. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.
