Vacation rentals with a patio in Yokohama

This flat was in the perfect location. It is 10 minutes walking to Ebisu station which is only a few stops away from major attractions like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Tsukiji, and Akihabara. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had everything I needed during my stay. Numa was super friendly and very helpful when I visited. I will definitely book this flat again when visiting Tokyo next time!

Great stay in Tokyo! The apartment is a little bit small by European standards, but cozy and well-equipped. The location is perfect — super well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was always responsive and helped me out a few times during my stay. Highly recommend for a convenient Tokyo experience! 🥰

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Overall an awesome place to stay! Surrounding were housing estate, quiet and peaceful. If you have an elderly travelling with you, do note of the narrow staircase and one bedroom is upstairs. Will stay again if visiting with big groups! ☺️

Great location, quick walk to the local transport links and convenience stores nearby. I'd highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Tokyo. Comfy bed and great water pressure on the shower.

Great place to stay at in Tokyo for 4 people! Host was very responsive and the value you get is incredible. It’s just a 10min walk from Ikebukuro station, so it was easy to get to the rest of Tokyo. Lots of things to do nearby, as well as an abundance of restaurants and izakayas. Just be aware there is a kindergarten next door, so you can hear the kids in the morning. We weren’t bothered by it at all, but if you are a light, long sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind.

I’ve given five star reviews to other Airbnb’s, but now that I’ve stayed at Ryuji’s place, I feel like the other ones should’ve been four stars! Seriously this apartment is beautiful and in a fabulous location next door to the incredible new Azabudai Hills shopping and restaurant complex, which is an example of utopian architecture and features luxury shopping. The neighborhood has a ton of embassies so there are lots of English speakers and tons of security. Japan feels safe already and this neighborhood feels even more so. Ryuji has been nothing short of a gracious host who has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The place is an easy walk to the subway. I will definitely be staying here again. This trip to Yokohama, Japan, was a surprise!When I arrived at the B&B, I was attracted by my aunt's warm layout and small details, as soon as I stepped into the room, the traditional and style of the arrangement was neat and refined, and every detail was revealed to my aunt's heart, because it was the Spring Festival, my aunt specially prepared a lot of small snacks and fruits for us, and the red envelope was sent out before walking, it was a very good accommodation experience! In addition, the amenities of the homestay are complete and of super high quality, and the bathroom's toiletries are a local niche but super-usable brand that runs out of skin and slippery.And you can taste authentic Japanese food within a few minutes walk.This is a great homestay experience. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Japan!

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

I think it is a valuable private lodging that can accommodate more than 4 people in the Tama area of Tokyo.My husband and my parents-in-law from the UK, who said that the hotel in the center of the city was very spacious and small. The location was a little difficult for Uber eats to find, but there was no problem at all because guests can have a very easy-to-understand explanation in advance.😊 There was a bathroom dryer, which was very helpful because I wanted to do laundry in a hurry. We would love to stay again when we temporarily return home.😊 Thank you very much.

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Our experence in Tokyo was made better by staying here.

The place was spotless and very well maintained. The location was convenient, with an easy commute to various spots by train. Overall, a great stay would definitely book again!

Has a good walkable area with plenty of restaurants right outside. Very close to the train station, just on the other side of the market. Wifi only worked on top floor and didn't have great connection on first floor, could use a range extender. Elevator is small and can only carry 1 big person or 2 smaller people at a time, had to take turn ls going up and down.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This apartment is just perfect. It's super well-equipped, functional, bright and very spacious! It is a few meters from the Skytree and several stations. I recommend it☺️! I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
