The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Room Gabrijel with four seasons outdoor kitchen

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Hier kann man sich zurückziehen, Ruhe, Kultur und Natur genießen und dennoch jederzeit in das prickelnde Leben am Wörthersee eintauchen, welcher nur ein "Katzensprung" entfernt ist. In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich z.B. die Golfanlagen Moosburg-Pörtschach. Für alle, die im Urlaub gerne aktiv sind, bietet Moosburg zahlreiche Nordic Walking Strecken und Wanderwegen. Darüber hinaus gibt es jede Menge tolle Ausflugsziele, die sich bestens für eine Fahrradtour eignen.

Idyllic farmhouse in the countryside

The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

Beach pool only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and biking trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions and sights (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

Das auf Stelzen stehende Filzatelier bietet einen geräumigen Schlaf/Wohnraum Richtung Westen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Highlight ist ein mit Holz zu befeuernder Zusatzherd . Das Einzelbett kann zu einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 cm) erweitert werden. Es gibt auch eine kleine Kochgelegenheit und einen Kühlschrank. Eine Spüle ist nicht vorhanden und der Abwasch kann im Badezimmer erledigt werden.

The apartment has 45 m2 and consists of a kitchen with dining table, a living and sleeping area, as well as a bathroom with toilet. It has a terrace with a wooden table and gazebo. Our lake base on Lake Keutschacher See is in the immediate vicinity and is a 5-minute walk.
