Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

Our caravan is situated within the Haughton Country Park with plenty walks and near by playparks. It is 1 mile walk to the centre of Alford village with plenty available shops and take-aways. An ideal location for exploring upper Donside, Deeside, Whisky trails, Castle trails and ancient monuments nearby. Please note this is a holiday let only not for work stay.

Braiklay Hideaway is in a quiet corner of our garden at our small holding. Surrounded by three neighbouring houses, in a quiet area in Aberdeenshire. Only 16 miles from Aberdeen. This is a quiet retreat for a couple who want to have a taste of what the countryside offers. We are well placed for travel to the coast, local distillery, activity centre and hill walking, plus many golf courses. We are less than a mile from a small village with pub, shop and cafe. We love dogs!
