Lovely central location, everything is a walk away! Clean, tidy, comfy beds and a good shower. We stayed whilst visiting the University of York with our daughters, The Courtyard had everything we needed. would definitely stay again. Thank you!

AMAZING STAY 💕 sheila is a great host and you'll definitely get your moneys worth by staying here. The garden was lovely the flat was warm and welcoming very clean and smelt lovely. You can really tell the amount of effort she's put in. Definitely one of the most relaxing stays I've had. Only a ten minute walk from the station and five minutes away from the city centre full of cute cafes and local shops where you'll be sure to find something to buy. Sheila has a red book in the flat that's full of helpful tips for the local area from best places to eat to how to get from a to b. Definitely recommend to anyone who is tempted 10000/10💕💕

My family spent Christmas here and it was exactly what was needed for a cosy family Christmas. The kitchen was fully stocked with utilities and the house decorated. TV, stair gate, high chair, big fridge and dishwasher present, as well as a very comfy sofa. Everything we needed!

Very peaceful, quiet, convenient location for exploring York, 20mins easy walk from city centre and train station. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, everything we needed. Jonathan was a friendly host and communicated well with us. He messaged regularly to make sure we were happy with the accommodation and to check we were enjoying our stay in York.

Very nice apartment. easy parking. good transport links with bus stop 100 metres away. place had all the comforts of home.nice and quiet to. Sule very responsive host. and sent us info for local restaurants things to do. Thank you for a great stay. we will return.

Jenny was very responsive, and even checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The flat is spacious and comfortable, and is a little oasis of calm in the centre of York. The location is perfect for exploring all that York has to offer.

I took my boyfriend for a birthday surprise night away , the hosts were very responsive and made it extra special by leaving balloons and a sweet treat for us arriving at the annex. The place was extremely clean with a super comfy king bed, the shower pressure was brilliant and annex was warm and looked just like the photos. The annex is massive with loads of space, it’s very private and easy to get to and has onsite parking. We both loved our stay and would definitely go again.

The apartment is as described - cosy, compact and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thought has gone into details - such as nice toiletries in the bathroom and a ‘Struggling to sleep’ box by the bed. Andy, the host, was helpful and easy to contact. Another great stay here and I would love to come back again if I am in the area. Thank you Andy.

This is a great apartment - the bedrooms have aircon and everything you’d need, there’s a large on-suite with rainfall shower - and small touches like the walk in light sensor just elevate the comfort levels. The living room is a decent size with a really (no realllly) comfy sofa, there’s plenty of space to eat and chill in the dining area and the kitchen has everything you would need whilst away. WiFi is very fast and there’s virgin media to watch TV… however, the wrap around balcony is the star of the show! Whilst it does overlook a T junction, theres plenty of privacy and surprisingly little noise. The area is largely businesses so after working hours it’s quiet… the view is great as well. You can get to the bars/market/river front in about 10 mins walking, everything you could need is around you within 1-2mins, it’s really well located. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone, great service by Rebecca and a great property - all round excellent stay! Thank you 🙏
