Lovely house, great location very clean with everything you need. Nice and warm and easy to walk to from the station.

We had a great time the house was very good clean and tidy everything you needed 4 minute uber ride to local pubs which were all very good

Perfect stay at the perfect Home Could not ask for a better experience Spotless home, everything we needed was there. Local information came in really handy (especially the local dog friendly info ) 10 mins max walk to the city walls and free parking, saving us £50 against last time we stayed at a local hotel. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Amy and Oliver - I actually have no words for how amazing this place was! I first put it in my wishlist a long while back and somehow stumbled upon it again to stay for the first time this weekend. My family and I were completely amazed at absolutely everything - every detail and the handiwork you have both put into this place is just immaculate. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place - it was so homely, so clean, absolutely stunning, the most equipped place we’ve stayed in and so much more. My only complaint is that we wish we stayed LONGER! I hope you will continue to keep your home open as it’s an amazing place to stay - we hope to be back (and perhaps with others who haven’t been blessed to see it yet). Thank you for everything you supplied us with this weekend - we were fascinated by everything and we are still talking about the home now that we’re home! It has truly been a blessing to stay and we cannot wait to come back & make more mems. Sending love, my family and I!

Great place, clean and well presented and walkable distance to town

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

Our only regret is that we didn't allow more time in York. Gary's property was well-located -- an easy walk to all the sights. It was charming and exceptionally clean with easy instructions for entry and use of the property. Comfortable with great towels and very hot water! Smart and helpful adds like sensor lighting next to the stairs. Our weather was quite cool and gray, but there was a small outdoor space that would be lovely in nicer weather. I recommend Gary's place without hesitation and York has so much to offer.

This apartment was ideally located - really close to the city walls. Great view of York Minster and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace eating breakfast. Instructions to all the equipment really clear. Also enjoyed playing the excellent selection of records on the record player. We had six adults in our group and there was plenty of space. Would return again.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

John’s place was so peaceful and perfect for a visit toe York. It was a quick 15 min walk to town and when we walked back and settled in for the evening the place was quiet and easy to sleep. Super clean and had easy parking.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

Me and my family absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was just as described, and very neat and tidy. We had very clear instructions about every aspect of the stay, and the place is in a n excellent position to visit York city centre.

Lovely stay. Great location with off-street parking. Supermarket really close. Easy walking distance into Harrogate. Flat had everything you could possibly need.

The apartment was super! Really modern interior, beautifully clean and fresh. Lovey layout, lovely big comfy bed with lovely pillows - always very important to us. Beautifully warm apartment and bathroom. Parking was really easy and we had 2 cars! You will not be disappointed here, its exactly as the pictures show. Jo was a fantastic host and just couldn't do enough for us.

A very comfortable home from home with everything we needed. Really responsive and helpful host. Free parking on the doorstep was super handy and all amenities were within walking distance. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming to Malton.

I booked a weekend at Diane’s place for my parents, they had nothing but wonderful things to say, the space was spotless & the welcome gifts was highly appreciated, thank you. mum FaceTimed me showing me round & the place looked exactly like photos, my parents loved it. They went out to eat & drink at Omni & loved the vibe in there, they also visited the market & said it was great (they brought me back some gorgeous cannolis) They said it was right up their street, thank you Diane for the fab weekend of peace & quiet away from the grandkids ! I would recommend Diane’s place to anyone looking to visit Malton x

We love Bevs’ place. We are big fans and keep on returning whenever we are in Yorkshire. Totally recommend. What an amazing view!

The apartment is as described - cosy, compact and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thought has gone into details - such as nice toiletries in the bathroom and a ‘Struggling to sleep’ box by the bed. Andy, the host, was helpful and easy to contact.
