Um Miradouro localizado mesmo na esquina da nossa rua oferece uma vista espectacular sobre as praias e sobre a cidade. Parque de estacionamento gratuito mesmo em frente do edifício. Praça de táxis e paragem de autocarro a curta distância (paragem de autocarro na rua abaixo do apartamento). O apartamento é acessível directamente da rua principal, através de um pequeno jardim e 4 lances de escadas largas. Perfect for a romantic holiday, honeymoon, or a break from daily routine, this penthouse studio is fully refurbished and decorated with designer furniture in a modern, sophisticated and intimate style. Excellent accessibility to the beach (5 minutes walk) and the center of Albufeira (10 minutes walk). The entire space We will welcome you personally and we are always available by phone or by email to answer all your questions. When we are traveling or working at Lisboa, Marisa, our childwood friend who lives nearby the appartment, will be at your disposal and pleased to help in any way she can. Our apartment is in a calm but central area, five minutes' walk from Peneco Beach and 10 minutes from Pescadores beach, the most beautiful and famous beach in Albufeira. Have dinner in a local restaurant, then dance the night away at a disco. Free parking square right in front of the building. Taxi rank and bus stop within walking distance (bus stop right on the street below our place). If you wish, for long term stays (more than 1 week) a once a week cleaning service is available at 35€ per week (includes fresh bed and bath clothes and the apartment cleaning).
