Monthly Rentals in Ardkeen

I was getting married down the road at Orange Tree house and needed to book accommodation for two of my guests. Wendy’s place was perfect, just a mile or so up the road. My guests commented on how lovely the place was and how comfortable a sleep they had after our wedding celebrations. Wendy was fantastic to communicate with and very helpful. When her mother met my guests at check in, she very kindly gave them a lift back up the road to my wedding. Wendy and her mother were so helpful and made the whole booking a joy. I stayed at this lovely cottage for 10 days and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The place is peaceful, charming, and felt like a real home away from home. The hosts were very polite, welcoming, and always up for a friendly chat, which made the experience even better. I brought my dog along, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The garden is secure, which gave me real peace of mind, and I was able to safely leave him alone when needed. The resident dog is also an absolute sweethear, and a lovely companion around the property. Parking might look tight at first glance, but I was able to comfortably fit my Toyota Hilux and still close the gate, perfect for those doggy clean-downs after walks. All in all, a fantastic stay. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and dog friendly setup. Already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we could feel that this place was made with love. Every detail, from the hand-crafted wooden bed to the cozy little toilet, was clearly made with care and intention. The cabin itself feels like a warm embrace—simple, charming, and full of character. Waking up to the sound of the sea and the scent of wood around us was incredibly peaceful and romantic. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so instantly connected—not only to nature, but to each other. We’re leaving with full hearts and beautiful memories.
