Wonderful little spot to rest your head if you are traveling. All the creature comforts of home, cozy, and well organized. We had a small problem with the WiFi, it was solved very quickly. Town is close by for good food! Very happy. The only negative thing is the amenities listed a washer and dryer, and while the washer worked fine, there wasn’t a dryer to be found, so we had to line dry, otherwise great experience.

This was such a great find. Loved this quiet place right at the beach. Felt light a proper getaway yet still not too far to drive to places.

What a wonderful house in an idyllic location nestled in the wilds of the Irish countryside. Our family of 5 felt right at home here with everything a modern family needs to eat, sleep and relax for the week, home from home. The view from the master bedroom looks out across the fields and you can see the estuary on the horizon, great for watching the sunset. The local beach of Ballybunion is a must and somewhere we visited on multiple occasions.

Wow!! Ever wanted to be able to walk to a castle, explore the ruins of an old church, wander around an island and watch a beautiful landscape transform at high tide and low tide? This is the place for you. Inside is perfect, every detail lovely. A working wood stove, a historic story to tell, a perfectly appointed kitchen, super comfy beds and linens. It’s located at the end of a rural road, in the middle of farmland—but walkable to Carrigafoyle Castle. It’s an easy drive to pretty Ballybunnion, with its dramatic beach, cliffs and castle ruins and cliff walk. And not far to Listowel, which was lovely, with great spots to eat. A real gem.
