Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Birchington-on-Sea

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

I absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks, with my dogs. The property is beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The location was amazing for all the shops, restaurants/bars and the beach! Tucked away from the main street, it was peaceful and private. Steward was great. Really helpful and friendly, and was easy to get hold of. I’d love to stay here again another time. Thanks ☺️

My family and I had a great stay at Martin’s house. Martin’s neighbour let us in and was very welcoming. And it was absolutely spotless, with had thoughtful touches like extra towels for the hot-tub and milk in the fridge. We enjoyed going to the nearby Roman ruins, the beach and wildlife park. The house is not baby-proof, so you’ll have to spend some time moving delicate items if you have small children.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo's house. The house is beautiful and spacious, the pictures do not do it justice. Jo was very helpful and responded to our queries quickly. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for our weekend trip. The garden is huge and has plenty of seating and the hot tub was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again at Jo's house if we get the chance!

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

A wonderful holiday by the sea! Madelaine is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and informative...a superb host. The flat is very clean and comfortable with a modern and Danish style, and has all your modern conveniences for a fully self-catering stay. Madelaine provided a few staples to get me started with my stay, and provided info on nearest grocers and shops in addition to nearby attractions. It was a completely comfortable and carefree week, and I shall miss here while I'm gone and hope to be back soon. Staying at Madelaine's flat is very much like visiting with faraway family, warm, inviting and helping you make the most of your stay.

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

We were already in the apartment for the second time and again very satisfied. We will definitely be back. The location is great and we are always discovering a lot of new things. The proximity to the beach is great, we took a little sunset walk every night. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Pebbles by the Bay is a wonderful place with a great view of the sea. We stayed for a couple of nights and found the place exactly as advertised. Checking in, finding the parking and pretty much everything else was spot on. The place benefits from its close proximity to the beach, the local pier and there are plenty of eating joints at walking distance. Anji is a great host and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a great time this summer.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

A brilliant location for exploring St Leonards and the surrounding area. Everything about the flat is gorgeous, very clean, well equipped and of a high standard. We had a warm welcome from Jackie and knew she was on hand should we need anything, thank you.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.
