Blue Ridge Texas Ranch Escape

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Sparrow Nest (2 bedroom cottage)

Sparrow Nest will be closed to visitors from June 1st thru October 2nd for a family matter. We hope to see you in the fall! Accessed off hwy 121 and 78. Backs up to forest and faces sunny fields. The home contains a fully stocked kitchen, a laundry room with washer/dryer, 2 large bedrooms (queen and full beds) and a cozy living room. Flower gardens around the home bloom most of the spring through fall. A tower outside the house ensures good WIFI for work or to enjoy movies!

Magnolia Getaway

Peaceful secluded stay on 30 acres just an hour to an hour and a half away from Dallas. Overlook a private 5 acre lake and take in the scenery or the amazing stars at night. You can fish, relax, or explore! All the amenities of a luxurious hotel suite, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, but just 15 minutes from Commerce, TX. Of which, has everything that you may need including a quaint small town coffee shop, nice selection of restaurants, and stores.

Rustic Ridge offers a tiny space with big comfort. Located adjacent to our main residence you will enjoy a safe and serene retreat. The bed is full size. Enjoy the sites and sounds of nature as you watch the horses graze and the birds soar. Our space requires a 2 step entry and is in a rural setting. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.

The "Love Shack 2.0" in Historic Downtown McKinney

The "Love Shack 2.0" is a cozy, tiny house located in the heart of McKinney’s historic district. Our tiny house is a short, 5 minute or less walk to McKinney’s downtown square which features a variety of unique shops, restaurants, bars, live music, and more. The "Love Shack 2.0" offers all of the amenities of a full size home just in a smaller size.

Unwind in a quaint, custom barndominium nestled in the woods in a country setting. Go for a hike then relax on the hammocks or in the lounge chairs on the covered porch. At night, enjoy s’mores by the campfire under the stars while listening to the coyotes and owls. In the morning, enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee inside or on the covered porch.
