Studio on the second floor of a beach front residence in Lacanau Océan. Very bright studio with balcony and direct ocean views with stunning sunset every night. The beach is opposite at a few steps. Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Linens are not provided, so provide: - Towels - Pillowcase x2 - Duvet cover - Sheet cover of 90*200 x2 or sheet 160 x1 For the BZ: - A sheet 90 - Pillowcase - 1-person duvet cover There is a capacity for up to 3 people in the apartment. The bed is a pull-out bed that folds up to make a bench, so it is a double bed for 2 people. A convertible Bz 90 bed (Bultex mattress) for one person. Mattresses changed mid-June 2022

Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay.
