Loft vacation rentals in Bordeaux

A great weekend away at Christophe's apartment. Very friendly and communicative host. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped for everything we needed. Walkable to everywhere we needed to go in Bordeaux. We would gladly return!

It is hard to know where to start , staying at Helene’s place is such a wonderful experience in so many ways . The apartment itself is stunning , spacious , bright , decorated in a charming , eclectic manner . The apartment is exceptionally well equipped for living .The location is superb ,in the heart of the Chartron one of the most charming parts of Bordeaux , like a village within the city , but only a short walk to the best the city has to offer . The apartment is a few feet off Rue Notre Dame which offers charming cafes and restaurants to say nothing of the convenience of a grocery store , patisseries , boulangeries and fruit and vegetable markets along the intimate rue . We felt we were part of the Rue Notre Dame community within days . Helene is helpful , charming and always responsive . The only problem with staying at Helene’s is you do not want to leave .

An apartment that I recommend 200%, ideally located a 5-minute walk from Le Moulleau beach and shops. The apartment is very functional and very well decorated. The garden is lovely. The bike muse is a plus. Cathy is very responsive & our exchanges were very pleasant. We will be back! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Simone's place. Communication is great, Simone is very accommodating, and the little touches made us very happy. We highly recommend it.

Lovely little apartment in a great location with really helpful hosts. The pictures don't do the space justice - it's characterful and charming, with plenty of room and facilities for 2. Outside, we particularly loved the pool area with a view over the vineyards, and of course the vineyard cats. Maria was extremely welcoming and helpful, and we took her up on the extras of early check-in and a tour and tasting, both of which enhanced our stay. This is the only self-catering unit we could find on a vineyard with facilities within walking distance - it was such a pleasure to be able to stroll into Saint Germain du Puch after a bottle of wine and have a supermarket, restaurants and 2x fantastic bakeries just a few minutes away. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area independently. (NB: Whilst St Emilion has the history, it's extremely commercial - we preferred Bergerac and nearby Libourne).

Great location, stylish apartment, definitely giving an insight into living in Bordeaux. we visited during a cold winter week, the apartment was warm and comfortable. Quiet at night as it’s a peaceful area and you're above street level. We walked everywhere, but it's also handy for trams, Inc from airport and train station. Good running along the river.

We had a great time at Sophie's lovely home. Sophie welcomed us warmly. The pool is a real plus with the kids! The accommodation is well located on the banks of the Garonne near the tram and the Bat3 which drop off in the city center.

It was great, the loft is really beautiful There were 3 of us. My husband and I and my best friend (we live in the United States). I'm from Bordeaux so I knew the neighborhood, it's close to the tram and the train station. It's very very quiet, very beautiful too. Sophie answered my questions very quickly when I had them. She's nice, she even offered us a bottle of wine as soon as we arrived. This is the perfect place if you want to visit Bordeaux.

Max's place was as described. The instructions for check in and out were perfectly clear. Thank you Max, we keep your address very precious.

David's place in Bordeaux is spacious, bright and well distributed. It is also very well located in front of a tram stop (no disturbing noise) and a few minutes walk from the center. David was very welcoming before our arrival and throughout our stay, kindly answering our questions. I recommend it!

We had a great stay, the accommodation is absolutely charming, furnished and tastefully decorated, everything is thought out to make you feel good. Xavier and Sandrine are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating hosts. We sincerely thank them!

We spent 5 days in this place. Quiet and peaceful place among the vines. Clean accommodation and matches the photos. The decoration is lovely.

It’s beautifully decorated, and a very private and quiet place. We loved being able to park 2 cars in the garage & it’s a short 4 minute walk to the tram which takes you to centre of town. 10 minute walk away is Parc Bordelais which is a gorgeous park. I would recommend this house. The host was charming & responsive & speaks fluent English. This is a great house albeit quirky because it used to be a warehouse. It’s been beautifully converted but because we stayed there during the winter (Christmas week) we did find things that wouldn’t have been an issue in the summer. The heating system composes of vents on the wall which would serve as air conditioning in the summer. Not all the units work & because the ceiling is so high most of the heat rises up to the ceiling. So you end up having to leave the heating on most of the time otherwise you’re cold. I think this issue would be resolved by better insulation in the walls & a hot water underfloor heating system. We had a great stay though
