New chalet of 40 m^2 perfect for 2 to 4 people. Comfortable, spacious and modern, ideal for being comfortable in summer and winter. Independent from my house and non-nitoyen. Intimate terrace to share the meal, the aperitif..The cottage is located close to the port, the beach, the shops, the forest and the bike path. The location is ideal for driving on the basin as it equidistant between Arcachon, Cap Ferret and Bordeaux. Free parking located in front of the motorized gate of the accommodation.

Welcome to Ginou in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Conveniently located near the lake and the ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horse, visiting the castles of the Medoc and also: naps in the sun or half shade, pétanque and books available, children's games...what happiness! The house is fenced ( parking 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
