Located a few kilometers from Bourg-sur-Gironde, our studio, independent of our home, awaits you on the upper floor of our house. 30 m² space, facing the garden, completely new. Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, range hood). Sofa bed. Sleeping area with a 160 cm wide bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. (sheets, towels, tea towels, paper towels, dishwasher tablets) Access to our garden. Our hens will provide you with eggs free of charge.

Hi, You will have a home in a stone house with character, all comforts, for people who love the countryside, the calm, the beautiful vegetation, the singing of the birds. The location is close to the vineyards of Sauternais, Graves, and Bordeaux) 1 hour from the ocean. 3 minutes from Toulouse-Lautrec and François Mauriac site. 5 minutes from a Langon city center and 30 minutes from Bordeaux. i provide bed sheets, tea towels. but not towels

20 m2 renovated, air-conditioned and fully-equipped accommodation. It's comfortable, quiet and bright. On sunny days, you will enjoy your private and unoverlooked terrace. It is suitable for a person or a couple with a baby. Free street parking is available. Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.

The 30m² suite is upstairs in a townhouse. We are close to amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy...) and transport. You can stay up to 4 people thanks to a double bed and a convertible sofa (rapido type). You also have kitchenette and private bathroom. All linen (sheets and towels) is provided. Bordeaux train station is accessible by 10 min by car or 25 min by public transit.
