The annexe is very eco-friendly with solar electricity and ground source heating so your stay will be carbon neutral. It is close to great pubs and scenic places. The studio is self contained , private, light and airy with wonderful views over looking fields of open countryside. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use. There is plenty of space for parking and a lockable bike storage is provided. The Village has a post office which is adequately stocked for essentials if needed.

Flying Yorkshireman, railway carriage with views.

We have built this Pullman style railway carriage and sighted it over looking the old Nidd Valley railway line that runs through the farm. He’s 24ft by 9ft and very luxurious. With shower, toilet, kitchen, heating... in fact everything you will need for a stay away. We have reclaimed many railway items including the four handles, luggage rack, lamps, signs and much more. He is authentic as he can be. Outside is half covered decking overlooking wonderful Dales view, seating and table for dining.

Lucy Barn is a recently converted barn in center of the village. It is a "quirky" building finished in a unique style that combines well appointed accommodation with an industrial style. It is extremely convenient for the restaurants cafes and pubs and the large windows overlook the village square - ideal for people watching. It is super insulated with more than adequate heating. There is also a log burner for that "cosy evening feel". Ideal for a walking or cycling stay or a place to chill.

The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Annexe is located in the pretty village of Great Ouseburn, 10 minutes from the market town of Boroughbridge and a 30 minute drive from both Harrogate and York. The Annexe offers excellent value for money and with comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation and everything you need for a relaxing stay for a couple of days or longer. Although it is linked to my home, It is self contained with its own entrance, giving guests their freedom and privacy.
