Great apartment! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, all well cleaned. The condominium is quiet, has swimming pools, barbecue. Communication with Marcelo was easy, always attentive, helpful, flexible. I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

We had a wonderful vacation at Silvio’s condo. The apartment was nicely equipped and very comfortable and quiet. It was a bit difficult to bring sheets and towels for five of us in one car with all our other luggage. The location was ideal with easy access to the beautiful beach. Chairs and umbrellas were set up on the beach for guests. Thank you Silvio—we hope to come back again!

Wonderful space, just like the descriptions and photos , super comfortable , clean , with an equipped kitchen, air conditioned working perfectly in every room , great showers, internet , barbecue space, quiet place, familiar , recommend to everyone . Hostel super requested , responds quickly. My relatives loved it. We'll definitely be back more often !

We went to the family, with a 13-month-old baby and it was excellent: very close to the sea, quiet neighborhood and full of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets on the way back, which makes the stay even better. The house is standard AirBnb International - very well decorated with great bed and bath, equipped with quality things, from cutlery, chair and sun guard, all thought for a stress-free stay. The only attention is if the guest has some walking problem, as there are 24 steps to the tallest room.

Amazing Location! Really "foot in the sand" and with a fantastic view. The house is simple, but it has everything you may need: from parasol to air fryer! Marisa is extremely attentive and dear, always responding quickly and with great information. We loved the stay and we would definitely be back.

The house was great, the furniture , appliances and mattresses in great shape. The owner is organized and has passed all the necessary guidelines. Great location, but as we went on a Saturday morning, there was a huge line of cars to enter the allotment, as it is necessary to register and the people there seem to take on purpose to regulate the entrance of people. It was the only drawback.
