Julie was excellent and very helpful. She was very accommodating and was very responsive when we asked for her help We used it to celebrate my 70th and a great house for the family and was a good base for Holt and surrounding area. Good house for family gatherings

Lovely quirky house in a perfect position for Norfolk coast. Walk to the abbey perfect for dog walks. House has everything we needed. Summer house perfect for sundowners, curling up reading books and playing cards with our kids.

Really enjoyed Ann's place. It was really clean and neat. we enjoyed the stay and the location . It was so peaceful. Slept well all 3 days. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend the stay here.

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

Had a lovely stay here over the bank holiday week. Was a perfect location to relax and go on dogs walks, there's a lovely local pub not 10 mins walk away with great food and chatty locals. Everything around was dog friendly which was great, particularly the local farm shops that are dotted all over. The home its self was well equipped, with beautiful views from the back garden to enjoy at all times of day. Hot tub is a nice touch to relax in after busy days of relaxing and walking the local fields. Found a beautiful bluebell walk nearby which was really something special. The perfect getaway location for those wanting to relax and spend time in nature.

Great location, comfortable space, good facilities and well kept garden. Convenient for the beach and town and parking real asset.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

I cannot thank the hosts enough for their hospitality. Questions were answered promptly, they were flexible , all you had to do was ask. The place was pristine and very well kept and I can't fault it in any way. If I am in the local area I wouldn't hesitate getting their accommodation again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Lovely little annex place. Great location and easy accessible. Parking was a bit tight at times but easier if you reverse in. Inside was very clean and we appreciated slippers, chocolates and lovely wax melt scent diffuser on arrival. Kitchen was well equipped. Also inside the doorway there were some leaflets of surrounding areas and attractions. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The only small complaint I had was sometimes the noise was a little loud due to being attached to the main house. We heard someone showering at 2.40am and the plumbing system was quite loud. But apart from that it was a lovely stay and we throughly enjoyed our time there.

A well thought out accommodation in an idyllic setting. Clean, relaxing and welcoming environment. Ideal for a peaceful break or as a base to explore other areas of Norfolk with the walking distance restaurant a tasty bonus. We highly recommend.

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is exactly as listed, clean, nice and warm with lots of space, but the surroundings are incredible theres much more than you can see from the pictures. Thanks for being great hosts.

Lovely cosy cabin that was just what we wanted for a chilled Easter break. The first evening we arrived we sat in the sun over looking the fields and saw hares and skylarks. Amazingly, we also had the company of a muntjak deer who walked within 10 meters of us. The accommodation was great and the area had looks to do and see. All round a great place to stay.

Very cozy and quiet. Bed was comfy. Shower was brilliant. Lots of wildlife and nature. Fire pit was great.

Had a lovely few days stay at the miller's shed. It was a very relaxing location after a day out walking the coastal areas with our dog. Close to many amenities. A lovely welcome pack on arrival with local honey and freshly made apple juice and bread. It was our dogs first holiday and he was able to settle well in his surroundings, home from home. Would definitely book again.

Had a 2 night stay and can't fault the property, clean and very spacious, The grass area outside was great for kids to run around and play football, about a 20 minute drive to Cromer, east and west Runton, would definitely book this property again loved by all the family

The place was exactly what I hoped for, plus ther the additional benefit of (entirely optional and welcome) visits from the dogs. Peaceful, well organised, clean - altogether delightful. And the hosts were really nice, helpful people.
