It is situated beside Brodick Golf Course with suburb access to all local amenities and beautiful walks. The house is easily accessible from the ferry and local buses.

The Studio is a bright, airy studio-style cottage ideal for a couple. There is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite shower room. The Studio is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the Auchrannie Spa. It overlooks Brodick golf course, the beach and Brodick bay. On site parking is available and one pet is welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. Relax, unwind and take in the stunning views of the sleeping warrior mountains. There is a stunning sea view from the top of the track the sunset is quite spectacular. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.
