Traditional and contemporary elements combine with antique flourishes. Enjoy the private fenced backyard with your pets. Cook a feast in the well stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill. And twin memory foam folding bed (not pictured) also available. The entire house is cleaned professionally before you check-in and is a 2 bed, 2 bath 1100 square foot ranch-style home. Easy 24 hour access with keyless entry. You’ll receive a personal door code via automated text one day before check-in. The entire house is available to you but I'm at your disposal in case you have any questions. The best way to contact me is through AirBnb messages. I'm also available via text message and phone. The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks and community pool just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Getting to downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive south. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. The Howard Train Station is a 6 minutes drive (and 25 minute walk) from my house and can easily get you downtown (final stop is by Austin Convention Center) and back.

This private suite is perfect for snuggling into the King size bed, working from home at the dedicated workspace, or letting the rainfall shower head wash all your worries away. This adorable nook is located less than a mile from historic downtown Round Rock and Woodbine Mansion while only 15 minutes from Austin. Original hardwood parquet floors, plenty of natural light, mid-century modern furniture, and clever art that supports independent artists complete the Sweet Pea Pod design aesthetic.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in a quiet cul-de-sac one minute from the 183 highway and nineteen minutes from downtown. Both bedrooms are spacious with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. We installed a guard rail and anti slip grips on the steps but if stairs are an issue for some guests we have a roll in bed stored in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used down stairs.
