Kyle Field and Olsen Field are both less than a 12 minute walk from our place. Our gameday guest house is the back house on the property, the front house is currently rented to Texas A&M students! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away. Fish in the nearby pond or just hang out on the spacious grounds. This is similar to a studio apartment. There is a bathroom with a door, but the main area is bedroom, living area, and kitchen combined. There is a refrigerator, sandwich maker, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, but no actual cook stove. There is a charcoal grill on the porch. The bed is a queen size bed.
