Two bedroom, one bath cottage, fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by oak trees. This Texas Hill Country gem is surrounded by Fredricksburg, Llano, Burnett and Marble Falls where you can spend the day antique shopping, and the evenings relaxing on your private deck. The cottage is around the corner from Fall Creek Winery, ride a bike over and picnic at one of Texas's finest winery. The cabin is quiet with two waterfalls and a fire pit for an evening under the stars. A "big" Scrabble Board in the garden for you to enjoy a quick game. Lake Buchanan is less than five minutes away by car. The lake is known for its abundance of Striper and Hybrid bass fishing. Feast on the best Barbeque in the world. Six state parks are within a thirty minute drive. Most are great for hiking, fishing and boating. The Llano River is just five minutes away and it is wonderful for kayaking and fishing. Enchanted Rock State Park is nationally known for its hiking and rock climbing and only a thirty minute drive. The house is situated in the most opptimum location for avid hunters that come to the area, Llano County is known as the Deer Capital of the world. Our neighborhood is very quiet...very safe. Say hello to our neighbors as they drive by (its far and few between).

This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". We have 2 tiny houses on 6 acres here in Burnet. There’s a large fire pit area with a grill and outdoor games for our guests at both houses to use. Buchanan Lake, Inks Lake and Spider Mountain are only 15-20 mins away! My wife and I live on the property and manage it so we are close by if you need anything. You will need to climb stairs to get to the sleeping loft in this tiny house, and the sleeping loft has a low ceiling so it is ducking room only. Pet fee is $20 extra per pet

The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
