Within reach is the historic city of Lancaster with much to see, including the Medieval castle and Georgian architecture, and the seaside resort of Morecambe, the Forest of Bowland and further afield the wonderful Lake District National Park are well worth a visit. Annabelle’s Cottage,

A beautiful one bed, single storey cottage with outdoor patio and stunning views. Set amongst 30 acres of fields and river. Explore without bumping into anyone, except perhaps some livestock or the cottage owners and their pets. The cottage is an extension of the original farmhouse that has been separated off for private use. The kitchen is warm yet spacious and well equipped. The large living room has a wood-burning stove, and the bathroom is complete with roll top bath and rainfall shower.
