Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

Our isolated shepherd’s hut is a cosy place with a large spacious shower and a comfortable king size bed. Recently fitted yet with some antique features. It has a private river view with its own private picnic table on the river too. There is a large garden area and private mooring. A porch area at the front and a cosy kitchen area to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee...we provide toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and there’s a fire pit on request and a local Tesco very close by.

Old Tinny - a luxurious and romantic retreat

“Old Tinny” is one to two cosy Cider Huts located in a conservation area just 5 miles from Stamford. Each hut is at either end of an orchard with wild meadow flowers. The hut is warm throughout the year. There is an endless supply of logs for the wood burner, a cast iron radiator, piping hot water and an outdoor gas firepit. Premium quality towels & linen make you feel pampered throughout your stay. A mini Smeg fridge, Dualit appliances, a microwave and Netflix mean there’s no need to go out.

Otters Holt - Glamping Pod

A beautifully appointed glamping pod located amongst our topiary garden overlooking the pond and banks of the Willow Brook with views beyond, to the open countryside. The pod has its own decking with furniture, a bbq and fire pit with pizza oven to relax and unwind whist looking out for the kingfisher, heron, Mr and Mrs Mallard or maybe the two otters who live upstream. What we can promise are uninterrupted views, some great sunsets and a relaxed sense of wellbeing and peacefulness.

Escape to this exquisitely redesigned residence surrounded by green fields. The home features sliding barn doors, an eclectic mix of antiques and chic vintage pieces, and access to a gorgeous private hot tub with countryside views and a shared BBQ area. Lily barn comes with two king bedrooms. The Sheringham Hut can be added on request for an additional fee, providing a 3rd bedroom. Optional in-barn spa treatments by Tiny House Retreats.
