We had a lovely stay, welcomed with kindness, professionalism and an authentic attention to detail. Each environment reflects care and passion, making the experience warm and memorable. A place we recommend to those looking for comfort, serenity, and hospitality that really leaves their mark.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for the Deatil. The maximum has been taken out in the smallest space. We felt very comfortable and also with a toddler the accommodation was great. The hostess was very caring, helpful and friendly and always easily accessible. Had a great vacation!

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The apartment itself is modern and very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the comfy beds and the lovely private outdoor areas. Waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning was a treat. The location is also fantastic, with a bus stop right next door providing easy access into Bellagio. What really made our stay special, however, was the incredible service from Daniel and Eros. They were always quick to respond to any questions, and they were so accommodating with our check-in, allowing us access as soon as possible. Their local recommendations were spot on, and the fact that they even went out of their way to book restaurants for us was truly above and beyond. We highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful and stress-free stay!

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Efficient and clear communication. Perfect parking. No problem parking our large SUV with roof box.

Our stay (4 adults and one toddler) was great. The apartment is beautifully located, with a great view of the Lago. Even in bad weather, you don't feel restricted and have enough space in the apartment. Furnishings were great, even for the little one there was nothing missing :)

Wonderful stay, quiet but close to all facilities. Comfortable bed, bigger than looks in the pictures, cool house. Price quality super and Lucy is quick in communication. In short, perfect place to discover the surroundings.

We had a wonderful short stay at the lake. Great location of the apartment, wonderful view. Downstairs is a bar and separate restaurant. Huge free parking. The lake is about 50 meters away. The nearest grocery store is 600 m away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, even more. The purpose of some things we didn't understand. But they are there. The apartment is furnished with good taste, everything is in its place. The bed is comfortable. Bed linen is of high quality. A towel and a minimum cosmetic set are also included in the price. A normal bathtub, a good shower. Lots of options for walking, biking, walking, with a dog. One time at night, a herd of deer came in. More than 10 individuals. Fantastic sight. Very high quality and pleasant accommodation. I would love to come back in the summer.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and well located. Plenty of space and comfortable. Lezzeno is much more than quiet than Bellagio (less touristy) but with restaurants available nearby. Very nice little walk by the lake in front of the apartment.

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Thanks for the wonderful stay. The place is very nicely decorated. I loved the many lovingly designed details. A nice surprise was the full fridge and the fine things for breakfast. Massimo and Viviana were very friendly and the communication worked out great. I really enjoyed the time and would book the place again anytime.

Very friendly and helpful hosts who offer much more than a nice place to stay. With their open nature and the typical Italian warmth, they have made the stay special even on grey days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

The view from the balcony was beautiful towards the lake and we had a wonderful view of the mountain too. Mary is a very nice lady and helped us with everything we asked for! Old building but renovated apartment. Not very big but for two people it's perfect. Everything is well cared for, fragrant blankets, impeccable cleanliness. Shampoo, body soap, etc. were also provided in the shower (apart from the train nearby but at night we did not hear it). We had a very, very good time and if we ever come back to those parts, we will definitely come back to book. Ivana was super cute. Everything was super 🙂💪🏻

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

We had lovely days at the property. The view of the lake is fantastic. Everything exactly as described. The property is very clean and fully equipped. Communication was great. Only the lake access directly across the street is not really suitable for swimming. Lots of stones. We would come back.

We had a really nice stay at Rosanna and Lino! The terrace had an amazing view of Lake Como and the apartment was clean, in good condition and felt homey. Lino was a great host - always quick to answer and with good tips about the village and restaurants etc. The apartment was located in a beautiful village called Lezzeno with a cozy vibe, some great restaurants and a little mini market. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!! ☀️☀️
