This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

After your adventures, snuggle by the wood-burning stove and sleep soundly on the luxurious super-king bed. country air, walking, cycling, fishing, and kayaking, and now a new riverside sauna on the pier, we tried it out , a sauna and a swim ..magic!

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s no television or WiFi, just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continental breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER.

Originally part of Lord Erne's estate, with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, TV, Dvd player, with wide range of Dvds to watch, CD/radio player and cds to listen to, dishwasher and is ideal for romantic leisurely breaks near upper lough Erne fab walks near Crom and Florencecourt Estate, Cuilcagh Mountain Walk is 20 minutes away, quiet scenic rural area but yet near by for shops etc. 5 star quality.
