This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. We are two miles from the Foothills entrance station for Sequoia National Park. The recently remodeled apartment is about 500 square feet in two rooms plus a bathroom. It is directly under and completely separate from the main living space of the house.
