Guesthouse vacation rentals in Central Florida

Our stay was perfect. We especially loved the dogs. One of them took a nap with us. The place is an oasis for us. We have been there before and are planning again in a month. Wonderful location for what we need.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Dariya is great and her place is perfect, clean, and exactly what I’m looking for.

James was a wonderful host. We landed really late so he gave us extra guidance to ensure we knew where to go and left lots of lights on making it easy to find. The guest home is in a quiet neighborhood and it was incredibly easy to get a good nights sleep. A great location for those going to George Steinbrenner Field or Raymond James Stadium. We left at 5:15 am and he told us not to worry about towels, sheets, trash etc. which was really nice considering the time. We plan to come back to spring training next year and hope this guest home is available for our stay!

Noga’s place was perfect! It was a mini oasis tucked away in beautiful greenery. It felt like a tropical vacation. The area is very beautiful and quiet. The air bnb was extremely clean and had a comfortable bed. There was an outside sitting area with a grill which was a cool addition. The place is about 20 minutes from all the main attractions like Disney and Universal studios. Noga was very friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Cassandra and Walt's farm in the cottage! The property is quiet and peaceful, and located in a rural area about 20 minutes from Ocala. It's centrally located within 30 minutes of several Florida Springs, including Silver Springs State Park, Juniper Springs, Silver Glen Springs, and Salt Springs, and I recommend the nearby hiking, paddling, and hunting opportunities. Check-in was super easy and the cottage is cozy and offered everything I needed during my week long stay. The bed is comfy, the water is hot, the kitchen is well stocked. The cottage has a firepit and outdoor seating that I didn't use during my stay but was thoughtfully provided everything needed to roast smores. I enjoyed meeting Cassandra and her family, other guests, the chickens, and the super cute cat roaming the property. I will definitely be back!

Bob & Lynn were amazing! Their home Was very warm & welcoming! We loved our time there! Loved all the animals Samson, Natalie & JJ were loving and we loved snuggling with them! The cottage is small but worked well for us as we were out exploring and visiting friends for much of our time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. We felt very comfortable staying there. Loved that it was close to the beach!

Dawn's place was exceptional! The photos do not do this cute little guesthouse justice. It truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, cozy place to stay for a quiet get away. Dawn took time to leave items that made us feel right at home and welcomed in her home. Everything you could need is there beyond what you typical would expect to be found. The entry way and path to the house is so inviting from the sweet aroma as you enter the gate, to the flowers, seating, and lighting. We were personally very thankful for the the snacks, drinks, k-cups, creamer, and abundance of towels available for us. I could say much more...but will sum it up and say we highly recommend Dawn's place to all looking for an extra special place with an extra special touch. Thank you Dawn for everything.

We were so pleased to see the place matched the beautiful pictures posted on the site. Spotless throughout, good shower spray, and convient washer/dryer set up with several washing pods to use! We were pleased with the location as it was close to restaurants, airport and Steinbrenner Field! Close to highway, but secluded in quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely book for next years Spring Training!!

We had a wonderful stay the night before our cruise. The place was beautiful, very clean and a lot of nice touches. The water in the fridge as well as next to the coffee machine was perfect! Easy to find restaurants in the area and over all a very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed two nights at Ernie’s cottage. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The cottage is nestled in the back of the yard behind the main house but quite separate so you have ample privacy. It is cosy and perfect for two people, and the location is walkable to the downtown restaurants (and marina area if you’re feeling up for a bit further walk. It’s an easy drive to Lido Beach/St Armands, and the beach chairs/towels were handy. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks!

Kyan’s place is a cute little guest house on Pineapple Street. It has one large bedroom and a large living room/kitchen area. It is quiet and private. I spent most of my time on the screened porch, which is in the back overlooking a large yard with palm and live oak trees. I appreciated having the private space outdoors as I was there trying to soak in the good weather. The place is right near downtown Tarpon Springs and the Sponge Docks, and close to other cute towns like Dunedin and Palm Harbor. The entire area is full of parks, water and nature, and the towns have nice restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I had a great time in Tampa. The casita was in an area that is becoming more up and coming. The area is walkable to many bars and restaurants and had everything that we needed for a short stay.

The Tiki Hut was beautiful. The lush outdoor area made for an amazing view and experience. The house was mostly clean, the carpets seemed a bit dirty but we still felt comfortable and at home. Wonderful hosts! We would rent again.

I think the location was perfect, plus I always felt at home. The host was always attentive and responded on time. The place is quiet, beautiful, and surrounded by good neighbors. Walmart, Publix, and other places to eat were nearby. Great place, I highly recommend it 100%.

We were so grateful to stay here. We wanted a relaxing weekend where we could kayak the Ichetucknee and this was literally perfect! The Ichetucknee was gorgeous and we loved kayaking it.

Nice place to stay if visiting St. Pete. Well positioned between downtown and nearby beaches. Beautiful and clean interior with many amenities.

John and Ruthie’s place was exactly as described. Would most definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area. 10/10 recommend.

We had a great stay at Gregory’s place while visiting St. Pete for the weekend! Looked like the pictures and was the perfect space for us. Lots of room, comfy beds and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Quick ride to downtown and other areas. Will definitely book again when we’re back in the area!

Magnolia was one of the most accommodating host I have ever stayed with and is always on top of everything! The studio is very peculiar and has almost every single amenity you could possibly imagine in a studio bedroom. Super close to the airport and theme parks which makes it a prime location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
