Cozy 1+kk in a historic apartment building by the church offers a quiet accommodation overlooking the church of St. Lawrence with windows facing the garden. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
