We would like to welcome you to our cozy holiday apartment in the village of Pleißa, surrounded by greenery. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Die 60qm Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem 160x200 cm großen Doppelbett, einem großen Schlafsofa, einer vollfunktionstüchtigen Küche, einem großen Ess- /Arbeitstisch, Smart-TV inkl. Netflix, WLAN, Bad mit Dusche und einem sonnigen Balkon. Die Autobahn A72 ist 5 Autominuten entfernt und die Bushaltestelle ist in einer Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

The apartment is small but nicely furnished and is located on the Sonnenberg of Chemnitz. Nearby is a large shopping mall (SachsenAllee), as well as some shops. The main train station is about a 10-minute walk. A bus stop is about 2 minutes' walking distance. In front of the house is a small park with playground. Free parking, if available, is possible in front of the house. Small bars and pubs provide entertainment. Downtown is about 20 minutes' walk.

Shopping and the city center are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance in 10 minutes. If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 persons. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
