Das Haus ist optimal geeignet für Treffen mit Freunden oder der Familie. Es können 400 m² genutzt werden. Ein Garten, hinter dem Haus, steht ihnen zur Verfügung.

''Zentral'' gelegen da alle bekannten Supermärkte nur 5 Autominuten entfernt sind, auch der Fichtelberg und die Skigebiete sind in ca 20 min zu erreichen genauso wie dutzende abenteuerliche Wanderwege im Weltkulturerbe Erzgebirge.

Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, with a little luck you can observe wild deer directly at the garden fence.

The vacation home is a semi-detached house and has a double bedroom and two single bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to four people. The house is good for vacationers, family visitors or fitters. For stays by fitters, we recommend an occupancy of a maximum of three people.

This stylish, spacious accommodation is perfect for family vacations, weekend trips or work stays. Hartmannsdorf is a quiet municipality in the district of Mittelsachsen. You can reach the 2025 Capital of Culture in Chemnitz in about 10 minutes by car. Otherwise, there is a bus connection that takes you to Chemnitz without changing (1 min walk to the stop). The Erzgebirge with lots of nature and tranquility is also not far and quickly accessible.

You can of course also use our well-known health bath and sauna system for vacation and wellness. Hikers, cyclists and motorcyclists will get their money's worth here in the Ore Mountains.
