The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Located on The Town Square is our compact studio dating back to 1838 enjoys a southerly aspect and direct access to a private terraced patio with BBQ and original stone steps lead to the garden which has great views of Clifden Harbour. On our doorstep there are many bars, restaurants and shops. This studio is a real home from home where one can cook in the kitchen and sit by our solid fuel stove. We have a cast iron bath and an overhead electric shower where one can soak after a days touring
