Monthly Rentals in Clogherhead

We had a wonderful stay at the Stables. Rosie was very responsive and accommodating. This made our check-in and stay stress free. Me, wife and teenage children felt right at home and slept comfortably. The house is well furnished and nicely decorated. The kitchen is spacious with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, etc, that made it very easy to prepare some of our meals. There is a small grocery store a short distance from the Stables stocked with basic foods such as milk, bread, meat, fruits and vegetables. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We spent one clear evening gazing at the stars which are clearly visible given that lack of light pollution in the area. You feel remote, but it is only a short drive to the coast and to all of the amenities in Drogheda and other towns. Internet service is excellent which made it easy to stay connected and to stream videos. I highly recommend the Stables.

We had a wonderful stay at Angela and Rory’s beautiful home! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were so flexible with our check-in, which we truly appreciated. The house itself was absolutely lovely. It was very comfortable, spacious, and perfect for a family trip home with my 15-year-old son and my parents. One small note (which is no fault of Angela or Rory) - Baltray is a peaceful village with just a bar and a golf club, and no walkable store, so it’s good to plan ahead for groceries or essentials. That said, the tranquility and charm of the area more than made up for it, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We had a great time walking around to find the Baltray Stones and the Fairy Mounds. Thank you so much to Angela and Rory - I highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend Susan’s place! Lots of room and character and it really is like a home, you have everything you need! In a peaceful area and there’s a beautiful beach a short drive (5 mins) away which is perfect for walks (or runs if you like!). Susan was a great host, greeted us personally and also left us a lovely welcome pack. Thank you Susan!
