It was a surprise to me to discover this apartment on AirBNB. The price is excellent for what is offered, almost without competition, in a neighborhood as exclusive as Pocitos is. The apartment is close to everything, very well equipped with everything one needs for a stay, with quiet neighbors and with a lot of offer to do around such a pleasant neighborhood. Finally, I must highlight the excellent communication I had with Laura at all times Threat, effective, and resolution; Laura made everything available to make sure we have a great weekend. The stay at Sebastián and Soledad was spectacular. The apartment is located in one of the oldest and most emblematic areas in Montevideo with architecture directly linked to the historical and architectural heritage of the city. Unfortunately, it is an area with many abandoned buildings, almost in debris and with no inhabitants, which makes its streets not suitable for walking at night. But during the day, no problem, many public and banking employees, several restaurants, some greengrocers and small supermarkets with everything you need. The walls of the entrance stairs up to Inés' apartment are very clean and in clear deterioration, but once you enter the apartment the atmosphere is totally different: you are in a beautiful place, simple but very cozy, with soft and harmonious colors and a window with a very panoramic line towards the port of Montevideo Bay. I really enjoyed Inés' apartment.

Nacho was a very responsive host! The place is well kept with the essentials and the doormen of the building were always courteous. We were able to use the jacuzzi on the top floor, which also featured a great sunset view. The views from the unit are top notch in this quiet neighbourhood. There is always some activity to watch on the beach below during the day - kite surfing, wind surfing, beachgoers, paddleboarders, and sailboats. Quiet neighbourhood that matches the peaceful ambience of Montevideo. Has decent amenities nearby - bakery, grocery store, pharmacy.

Lucia's apartment is just perfect. Everything you need for a short- or long-term stay - great 4K TV, coffee maker, work desk, grill, whatever you need for leisure or work. Everything is extremely comfortable - huge sofa, Eames chair, king bed. Very tasteful interior with great furniture and accessories. High patio which easily allows a couple to do yoga together. The best part - loooots of light because of big windows and low-rises all around, there's always lots of sky, sunsets are great. And it's very green - lots of trees all around. Can't say enough, we love this place!

The apartment like home, Jenny made our trip a success. He greeted us before check-in, and offered more services than published. Strategic place to visit many places, especially at the US embassy, it is only a 5 min walk away. Always be attentive to your guests.

Amazing. Location was perfect. La rambla is a minute away. Take a chair! The place was comfortable, quiet and I was able to work from there very easily. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, tienda inglés, a frog on the street behind. There's a disco supermarket nearby and a Devoto fresh a few blocks away. You can pick up most bus routes fro there but if you get a chance, get a bike and take la rambla in either direction. You will not regret it

the stay was excellent. Flavia always communicated clearly and provided us with all the necessary information to enjoy the place. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (soap, shampoo, white clothes, soap for clothes). In addition, you can wash and dry the clothes using the card provided in the rental. The complex is new and very well cared for, as is the pool, which was in perfect condition. The neighborhood is quiet, although we recommend keeping the car in a garage for safety. We would definitely rent it again.
