Charming Casita en Montevideo

This is a charming 40-square-meter loft that is very bright and has all the amenities. The loft is located in a condominium in the La Mondiola neighborhood (steps from the Pocitos neighborhood). A very quiet, safe area, 800 meters from the beach and 50 meters from Rivera Street with access to public transport. Young people and some very sociable cats live in the condominium. This is our house in Montevideo as we live on the coast and love hosting guests when we are not there.

Tasteful, spacious and secure for families.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

Beautiful and safe, in Carrasco Sur. Excellent location, you can walk to the shopping center of Portones Shopping, with food space, cinemas, clothing stores, hypermarket, etc. Also 50 meters away there is a beautiful square with games for children. Excellent locomotion to the rest of the city. It is 15 minutes away from Carrasco Airport and 30 minutes away from Downtown. A few blocks from downtown Carrasco and the beach.
