This modern apartment, located in the heart of Montevideo’s best neighborhood, Pocitos, sits 3 blocks away from the city’s most beautiful and trendy beach in a building that was constructed in 2008. Fully furnished, it’s modern and uncluttered comfort will provide for an exceptional vacation rental experience for any rental (day-by-day to monthly). Within two blocks, you will find all needed services and culinary options: supermarkets, gas stations, laundry and dry cleaners, hair salons, cobblers, restaurants, cafes, a movie theater are a few of the many neighborhood treasures available to you. Your security is of the utmost importance, and the building is guarded with a 24-hour security guard, and monitored with several closed-circuit cameras. This guard, commonly known as a “portero,” serves the tenant with whatever may be needed – directions, taxi service, local advice and more – with tremendous courtesy and friendliness. This lovely apartment contains all possible amenities you would need: full kitchen with appliances, washing machine, television, stereo and more. Air conditioning and heating are also available to keep you comfortable in any season. Wifi is included at the base rate for normal use within the data plan. Any additional use (and subsequent charges) will be charged to the renter. Cable TV available with over 70 channels.

Tasteful, spacious and secure for families.

Our relaxing upper level home hosts families or friends only four blocks from the Rambla & beach. A light-filled kitchen with dining area for eight facilitates teamwork! The house is secure, with alarm and blinds to black out the bedrooms for sleeping late. Our local grocery, pharmacy, café, hair salons and restaurants are only two blocks. The Portones Mall and shopping/eating on Arocena are both beautiful 15-20 minute walks through the neighborhood streets of Carrasco.

El departamento es un monoambiente amoroso, prolijo y superluminoso. Su ventanal da a un corazón de manzana verde y a una calle muy tranquila.
