Valerie is charming and welcoming. The house matches the description well and we had a great time there Christmas with the family. A beautiful energy welcomes us. 2 areas for improvement in our opinion: - Household appliances and kitchen accessories - in low temperatures, the heating of the ground floor might not be enough

We are a family with 3 children between 12-5 pm enjoyed very much. We have been a week in this house. We appreciated that it was walking distance to most things , only 5 minutes to walk to the beach, 15 to the community with shops and restaurants. Nice market on Tuesdays and Fridays in Jullouville. Nice boardwalk. Sylvie and Andre were friendly and helpful to get us and enjoy ourselves.

We had a great time with our friends at this place . Very nice house and grounds, quiet and pleasant neighborhood. And St Cast le Guildo is worth a visit 😉 Thank you Valerie for accepting that we slightly extended our stay, it was really great for us 👌 A place to remember without any problem for weekends or holidays with friends and family ☺️

We had a great weekend with the family at Pierre Jean's house. Very well equipped, clean, neatly decorated... everything comes together for a great stay. The house is also very well located: it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. A big thank you to Pierre Jean for his responsiveness and hospitality!

Top house. Very nice and spacious. Comfortable bedding. Very well equipped kitchen. 5min walk to the beach and market on Tuesdays and Fridays at the foot of the house very friendly. To visit the ideal area. The welcome was perfect. We had a great stay. I highly recommend it.

Feel free to stay clean and on one level, nice to discover the area of Cancale. For 3 nights very good impression, good bedding (160), we were good with our 2 grannies. Laëticia a person who likes to contact, we don't regret coming.

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

We had a very pleasant stay in the villa. The house is beautiful and matches the photos, offering all the comforts expected. Diane was responsive and friendly, which made our stay much easier. The home was clean and well maintained. I would recommend the listing without a problem

Véronique’s house is spacious and beautiful and the view on the sea stunning. The location is fantastic: as well as being close to two beaches, the “Grande Plage” and “Pen Guen”, there’s a small creek nearby where we often went swimming. Véronique was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the mechanical shutters in two of the bedrooms. While it wasn’t fixed during our stay, Véronique really tried very hard to have this sorted out and kept us updated. We’re already planning our next holiday at Véronique’s house!

What an amazing house in a superb location. We stayed here for a month with three children during the UK school holidays. The house has everything you need to live comfortably from the private car port, large kitchen, plenty of living space and the highlight being the heated pool and outside space. There are several restaurants, creperies and boulangeries within a minutes walk (including a small market each Wednesday morning) and the closest beach just a three minute walk away. The centre of Dinard was less than fifteen minutes walk where there are a large amount of restaurants and shops as well as another beach. There is also a really nice ten minute beach walk between St Enogat beach and the beach in the centre. We would highly recommend this property and would love to come back soon. Thanks David and Jill

We were greeted by the owner of the house. She was very welcoming and explained how the house works. The house is perfectly well equipped and furnished. The sea views are fantastic. The house is perfectly organized to accommodate up to 8 guests. We'll be happy to go back.

Thank you for the beautiful weekend we spent in your villa, the weather was not always at the RV but the playrooms and indoor pool allowed us to occupy our days with a lot of fun for all ages. the atypical layout gives a little more to disconnect from our daily lives and our contemporary homes And thank you for your smile, your dynamism and your reactivity

Great stay with friends in the big house. Very simple and clear communication with Emmanuel. The place was very functional for 12 people. We also enjoyed the accessible games. The proximity to Dinan and even Rennes was a plus too. We would highly recommend it and will gladly come back :)

We had a wonderful stay for the second time at this lovely house. It is a spacious house with lovely touches to make you feel at home. The house had a very nice and spacious garden and a great pool!

Great stay at this spacious ,comfortable, as described and geographically well located between Saint Malo and Cancale. A little secluded, a car (or bike) is still required to access the shops in the village. The heated pool is really a plus, we were able to enjoy it despite the rather cool weather for the season. I would recommend this rental.

Aline's villa is superb! The landscaped garden (my colleagues thought I was in Hawaii), the beautiful heated pool, the amenities with beautiful living spaces (kitchen, living rooms, the outdoor veranda is beautiful...), the amenities (barbecue, plancha, living rooms, sunbeds, outdoor double bed...), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything is really designed for a magnificent stay. The location is perfect, quiet, 10 minutes walk from the well-stocked center of Pleurtuit, 5 minutes drive from shopping centers, 15/20 minutes (by car or bike by the greenway) from Dinard, St Lunaire, St Briac, St Malo..., 40 to 60 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, Rennes, Fougères, St Brieuc... In short, ideal for visiting this great region. Aline is a responsive and pleasant host. Special mention for the charming and available hosting team throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property if you want to have an enchanting holiday.

The house is beautiful and a quiet location, a short walk to the beach. Has everything you need including a Nespresso machine! Close to shops and local village and the beaches are stunning. Had everything we needed, we will definitely return. Thank you for all your assistance Sébastien!

Very pleasant stay, clean and functional accommodation, well equipped. Nearby walking area ( beaches trails) and many of the nearby tourist sites to visit. Anne-laure friendly and attentive, we recommend it.

Great weekend spent with the family! (4 adults, 5 children). Virginia is a very available and kind host, the contact went very well. Concern the accommodation, it is as described: 4 clean and spacious bedrooms, functional kitchen with everything you need, games and books for children inside the house as well as outdoor games. A large land not overlooked, surrounded by fields, that gives a real kind of freedom. Wood made available for the stove or the barbecue with all the necessities to turn it on There's nothing missing from this house! The big plus: a superb indoor and heated swimming pool that made young and old happy! Thanks again to Virginia who was even accommodating until the end by shifting the checkout time so we can better organize ourselves with small children! See you soon😊.
