Lovely space for a two person getaway. The lodge contains multiple units, but noise was never an issue and there were plenty of parking spaces. The Nuthouse is up a short indoor flight of stairs and was easy to find. The views were beautiful. Shower pressure is very important to me—here it was fabulous. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely gorgeous place in the middle of Old City! Perfect to walk to multiple bars and restaurants. Dylan & Suzanne were incredible hosts and were on top of the communication. I would highly recommend this place for a fun weekend in Knoxville!

Beautiful cabin. Upgraded furnishings. Loved the outside fireplace. The golf/dart/bowling game was a huge hit. We also enjoyed the pinball machine and arcade games. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice addition. Nice movie room to kick back and watch a movie. Loved everything about our stay.

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and it has everything we needed during our stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a quiet area and convenient location, only a short drive from downtown. Check in was easy and Hannah was proactive in sharing all the necessary info beforehand. Definitely recommended.

The cabin looked exactly like the photos! Peaceful and Quite. I loved the sound of the running water from the creek outside.

This property was perfect for our needs! James was a fantastic host from start to finish and provided an abundance of information about the house and the local area! The house was clean and very nicely laid out! The yard was private and the neighborhood was quiet but super close to everything we could want! I would definitely stay here again if we were to revisit the area!

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

Greg and Kerri’s cabin is gorgeous! It is decorated with not a single detail left unnoticed. The location in the mountains is so peaceful. Greg was a very responsive host! This is the perfect stay for your family while in Gatlinburg TN!

We had a fantastic stay at Rita's Airbnb! The house was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time there. The outdoor entertainment space was a highlight, perfect for unwinding or socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with more cooking tools than we could have hoped for, including some unexpected but useful items that made meal prep a breeze. The bedroom setup was cozy and comfortable, and the TV setup was top-notch for quiet nights in. The location was ideal—centrally located to all the surrounding towns, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that could have made our week even better would have been snow, but now we have another great reason to come back! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Nick is a very good host! Very quick to respond and answer any questions. Have no doubt he has the guest best interests in mind. Room was very nice felt like home! Will definitely be using Nick again for future trips with my wife!

Place was nice and clean , communication was excellent. In town for a tournament at Knoxville convention center. Location was excellent, I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Knoxville.
