Carlos was a great host and this is a cute apartment in a great location. Right next to the metro and you can access the whole city. It’s perfect for a couple and two kids. Carlos is very friendly and was very helpful throughout the process.

It was my first Airbnb experience and the truth that surprised us for good. I traveled with my wife and daughter and the truth is that we loved the service received and the proximity it showed. I recommend it 100% not only for the host and the accommodation itself, but also a quiet area and close to the metro to go to the center (about 10 minutes walking). It is ideal for families with children since there are parks nearby and in the building itself. We'll definitely repeat if it's available the next time we go.

Good place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of all tourist attractions. The area, very very busy. The apartment was presented as described and it was easy to check in and out. Always people at the desk to help.

The apartment is spacious and located in a prime area, just across from the beach. Plenty of good restaurants, cafes, and pastry shops within walking distance. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions. Only two sets of bath towels were provided for two guests staying eight nights. An additional set of towels would have been helpful.

Fernando's apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Much better than what you see in the photos. The area is very well connected, but at the same time it is very quiet.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations again. The terrace is simply spectacular, perfect for enjoying the fresh air even in winter. The interior of the apartment was spotless: clean, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing our meals, and the living room was perfect for relaxing with the family after a day of exploring. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area where we could unwind. The host, Javier, was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’ll definitely be back!

The location is great, you are in the city center, lots of restaurants, bars, coffee places nearby. The apartament is perfect for a short stay, you have everything you need. Laura is the best host, a lot of local recommendations.

Very cool place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, with markets and restaurants nearby. If you’re like me, you’ll read all the reviews. There is plenty of warmth in the house, we were never cold. If a large group is coming, you do need to monitor the use of hot water, recommend using cold water for everything else and conserving hot water for showers. We were a group of 8, had plenty of space to sleep and areas to spend quality time. The game room/gym was our favorite place! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’d gladly stay here again.

For the first time, experience the local neighborhood, although it is the first time to visit Madrid, but to live in a local area is also a different experience, it can clearly feel that the area is relatively clean, safe, relative to the middle class area, and the dirt difference in certain areas of the city really contrast, the design of the industrial wind is really bright, and a lot of materials are used for waste, you can see the host's insistence on the concept of sustainable environmental protection

One of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at anywhere in the world. Incredible views and so peaceful that you may not want to leave the property. Our family of 5 paddleboarded on the river and spent a lot of time in the huge pool. We walked with the goats and chickens and had several meaningful exchanges with Peter, who is a special guy and has a lot of insight on the area and it's history. There are pre-Roman and Roman era stone structures and ruins scattered around and loads of wildlife. The place itself was charming and very comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing stay.
