You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

The Hobbit - Cosy Hideaway

The Hobbit is a tiny yet cosy hideaway, located in the South Norfolk countryside. Set amongst beautiful old country gardens, furnished with antique furniture and fittings. Guests are free to explore and relax within the many acres provided. The Hobbit is the perfect space for guests to escape and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Norfolk. Norwich - 20 mins by car & Wymondham (a historic market town) - 15 mins by car. Local country walks include the U.K.’s smallest nature reserve.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

Quaint cottage in the lovely village of Mattishsll. This home has a cosy living room, with a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, including dishwasher. The bathroom is downstairs with a walk in shower. 3 good size bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a walk through room. The stairs are typical of an old Norfolk Cottage, and are narrow and windy, so may not be suitable for the less able. The property has a small enclosed front garden and to the rear has a courtyard style enclosed garden.
