Wow! What can I say? Stunning house, lovely garden, EV charger, great hosts and all within easy reach is St Andrews. The whole house was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Recommend without hesitation. Just book it already.

Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy and charming accommodation! The location is perfect for exploring central Scotland – just a short drive to Edinburgh (with its stunning castle and Royal Mile), Stirling(home to the iconic Wallace Monument), and other historic gems. Whether you're interested in history, nature, or city life, everything feels conveniently close! The hosts were wonderful – so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. They made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us plan our day trips. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Scotland’s beauty. Highly recommend – we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Rebecca’s cottage was perfect for our stay. As described: comfortable, clean and everything that we needed. It was important for us to find somewhere that was all on one level/flat and this cottage was great with rooms all off of one corridor. Rebecca is a superb host and always replied quickly with clear instructions and information. Highly recommended. I wish had been able to stay longer!

We had an amazing time in St Andrews and Janice’s place was perfect for 6 adults on a golf trip. It was spacious, clean and the best location. I would highly recommend it

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

Beautiful lodge in a lovely location with stunning views. The pictures don’t do it justice, and much bigger than we thought. Lots of extra towels / bedding, well equipped kitchen and a tv in each room (which the teenagers were very happy about!). Easy check in and Rebecca was a great host - easy check in and gave us lots of recommendations locally. We had a lovely holiday here and will definitely be back soon :)

Everything was perfect and as described. We were able to drop our belongings early, which was very helpful. Communication was great. Breakfast staples were left for us, which was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

Beautiful cabin with a coffee shop and old railway walk right on your doorstep. Veronica was a fantastic host who was flexible with check-in and showed us around. The grounds are immaculate and great for a dog. No issue for us but worth noting there are some chickens kept on site should you have a reactive dog. Equally great for little ones’ entertainment. Cabin has everything you need and a communal microwave/hob along with a trolley for ease of moving bits from the car. Really it feels like you’re home and away from technology. No wifi (great 5G signal though) and no TV so just bring a tablet if needed. For light sleepers, you can hear trucks but wasn’t any issue for us. 100% recommend and we’ll certainly be back!

Lovely place near the train station. ideal for easy commute to city centre. pub and coop within 10/15 mins walk, also on bus route if you that rather than train. house was clean and perfect for a few nights stay. responded quickly to messages, overall great Airbnb experience 👍

The house is beautiful and Dr. Bob a great host. There are a lot of books and Scottish music in the house, so you have lots indoors if you skip sightseeing on a rainy day in Perthshire. The location is great and so are the surroundings with river Tay flowing a short distance away. Dr. Bob was quick to respond when needed and his messages made us feel welcomed. We had great memories during the 5 nights stay. Thank you Dr. Bob.

Beautiful refurb in lovely garden. Great location just off the high street yet really peaceful. Natalie was very responsive and was there to meet us when we arrived. Ideal for a wee trip away, would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay at Sam’s beautiful apartment! 4 adults and a dog and it still felt spacious and comfortable! The flat is beautifully decorated, with everything you could need, and having the private garden to sit out and enjoy the sunshine was lovely. Really couldn’t recommend Sam’s apartment more, perfect location for walking to Pittenweem harbour/centre and a short drive to other beautiful spots along the coast. We will definitely be back!

Me, my husband and our 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The house itself was beautiful, welcoming and we felt right at home. We were all together but still had plenty of space for the kids to chill on their own. The hot tub was amazing, we used it loads the whole weekend and the added bonus of having horses in the field right outside was a hit for the kids. Will definitely be back!!

We had a lovely stay at Hollybush Cottage - the house was beautiful and so quiet. Very tidy & well-presented. We enjoyed listening to the owls in the evening! Close walking distance into Perth where there are lovely places to ear & drink. Would definitely recommend!
