This house was so lovely. It was cozy yet very spacious, clean, welcoming and had any amenity you might need. The couch was so big and comfy and a nice place to relax after an active day of exploring Asheville. The decks were fantastic for early morning coffee and the view was wonderful. Our small kids enjoyed the pool table and darts and we all relaxed in the hot tub. This house made for a great family trip! Would recommend!

While I rented the stone cottage from Nyle and Jenny because it was very close to where I needed to work, I was drawn to the cottage because it looked like a serene place to stay after a day of hard work. And it WAS beautifully serene - there isn't a bad corner to the property, every inch of it was well thought out and also naturally beautiful. Their fire pit was loaded with logs and starter even though I sadly did not get to use it. The creek is slow and meandering and the yard surrounding the house is covered in gorgeous moss. It was perfect. Communications were kind and easy. They have thought about just about everything! Magical little stone cottage, perfect stay!

The Modern Loft in the Mountains is good as it gets. We felt far removed from civilization in an idyllic wooded setting and yet we were a short drive from all the necessities and everything Asheville has to offer. The loft is gorgeously designed and decorated, and we appreciated all the little touches and amenities -- a simply beautiful home-away-from-home. Finally, the hosts were very friendly, responsive, and clear in their instructions. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Great hosts…outstanding location and comfortable “like home” experience. Kyle was very personable and the dog “Pepper” was a great greeter. Will definitely be back soon!
