Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Bell View Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

The Castle Byre

The 'Byre' is a luxury self catering cottage within a former barn at historic Parkhead Farm. It sits just 200m from the ruins of Auchindoun Castle and has unsurpassed views to the castle on the hill. Being of contemporary open plan design, it retains the traditional look of the original barn interior with large exposed roof trusses and natural stonework. Included in the price is electricity and heating, a basket of logs and kindling for the log burning stove in the cottage, cupboard items such as tea, coffee. There is a smart tv, should you wish to use it (the view is the best tv!) and WiFi. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.
