Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Gippsland

We currently live in a high rise so staying at Callie truly felt like home away from home! Beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows, very comfortable beds, spacious apartment and all amenities to get started were just right. Our stay was rather long and having a washer machine/dryer was just great. Very walkable and several transportation options all nearby. When returning to Melbourne we would 100% book here again. Thank you.

Mel was superb and fast to respond. She took time to go thru the carpark lift with us and walk us to Penny Lane showing the vicinity The apartment itself is clean and neat The location is convenient as stores are nearby. Tram to city is close proximity. 12 min drive to Highpoint Shopping Center which has 400++ stores

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Johnny and Chloe’s apartment! From the start, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed – truly well thought out and well equipped. It was comfortable, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Johnny and Chloe, for being such wonderful hosts!

Perfect place to stay in Melbourne. Easy access to downtown, wonderful things to do within a short walk, rooftop spa has a wonderful view of Melbourne skyline. All up, a very trouble-free and enjoyable experience.

The building is in an unbelievable location. Watch sunrises each morning from the bedroom and balcony and walk outside to see the sunset each evening. The spa in the building is fantastic with swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, salt therapy room and on and on. Bikes were available for rides on the extensive bike paths. The apartment is not huge but comfortable. We had most of what we needed for a great stay. Lorenzo was available and helpful whenever we needed him.

Phillip the host was extremely helpful and was always quick to respond to any questions. Great place to stay as it is local to the Crown and restaurants. The Building has great amenities and a car spot. Would definitely rebook if available next time I'm in Melbourne.

We were two friends and we had a nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is as described, well-equipped (I really appreciated having oil, salt and so on already in the apartment, it is not always the case) and we could stay comfortably, one of us sleeping in the living-room and the other in the bedroom. It was quiet, what we were looking for, and it was possible to do very nice walks by the river one minute away (or less). The tram is also one minute away from the building and going to the CBD (approx 25 minutes). Communication with Julie was smooth.

Great communications from the host , accurately described and location is ideal especially if you wish to use the public transport . Yes there can be noise from the location however you are in the city centre near a transport hub , we personally loved this and listened to the city life with a glass of wine on the balcony at night . Melbourne is a great city , the host and apartment is highly recommended - thank you

Kerrie is a fantastic host. Spacious house and fabulous outside area under cover and fans. Inside the house there is aircon and ceiling fans which worked extremely well ( it was 36 degrees) Only 20 minutes to Shoreham and less so for Mornington Thank you Kerrie for a great stay

beautiful home! It was the perfect place to prepare for and get ready on my wedding day! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms which was great for all the bridesmaids to shower & wash our hair the night before! The amenities were the only thing that we were a bit disappointed with / no basics such as salt & pepper, oil etc. no iron & no tablets or powder provided for the dishwasher - luckily it was close to shops so we could go buy all that but it would have been nice to have! Overall a lovely stay however!

Samantha's house was an amazing summer break for me and the family. The house has a gorgeous view out over the town, is very light, spacious with a beachy feel. It is also extremely comfortable, absolutely spotless and very well equipped. We took advantage of Sam's excellent manual to go on a walk to Long Point lookout and eat at Bar Monti and Superette in town. Can highly recommend all of the above!

Our group of 11 loved staying here! So much to do at the house. Mary was amazing and gave super clear instructions, was very proactive and responsive in her messages, which was great communication. Gave clear instructions for easy check in and out. Mary ensured we had an amazing time. There were even basics in the pantry!! The house was super clean also. Our group was very impressed and would love to stay again !!

Our family had a wonderful week at Barb’s lovely home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and happy in her very well appointed, very clean house and garden. The play equipment and large garden were fantastic for our toddlers and dog and the serene courtyard gardens were beautiful, serene and restful. Barb was always responsive for any questions and helpful with her suggestions. This is the perfect place for a family to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Thanks so much Barb.

Anna is the perfect Airbnb host! she was helpful and responsive to anything we needed, and even made sure there was a port-a-cot and high chair for us to use during our stay. It's these little touches along with the helpful suggestions that made our time really great. Olive Grove is a fantastic space for any family thinking of a beach getaway. There is so much space and plenty of different options (pool, table tennis, basketball, outdoor space, TV, etc) that it is perfect disconnect and unwind from the hustle and bustle. The best part of the whole stay though was the special Olive Grove Spritz cocktail Anna left for us, it was such a nice way to start our holiday and such a beautiful touch, thank you Anna!

With our extended family of 7 adults, a 7 year old and a new baby this house was ideal giving each family unit their own space but at same time with communal areas to eat and sit and chat. The house is beautiful with large outdoor area, a gas bbq on the deck we used every night in the week we were there. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and with separate facilities in each area should you choose to use them. Cannot fault anything. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb house we booked! The home was exactly as described, spacious, clean, clutter free and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for an escape from the city life. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided thoughtful touches like local recommendations and essentials. We especially enjoyed the cozy backyard and fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay feel like home. Communication with the Emma was seamless and everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we cannot wait to be back again!

The apartment is extremely clean, very quiet, and very well located. Matt is a great host, and is friendly and always leaves some treats for the guest. I will definitely stay at his apartment again. I highly recommend his apartment.

Great little apartment in a central location in the trendy inner north of Melbourne. There's a great IGA Xpress downstairs, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and the tram stop is a short walk away. The building amenities (indoor pool/hot tub/sauna/steam room/gym; rooftop area with nice views and two more hot tubs) were really nice, although the furniture on the rooftop didn't look as appealing as in the photos - they could do with a good scrub. Something to be aware of is that although this is a proper one bedroom apartment, space is pretty tight in the bedroom - there wasn't anywhere obvious for us to sit our luggage, so it ended up on the floor. There's also not much privacy with the blinds open, since the apartment looks directly onto the building opposite (and vice versa). The apartment itself was spotless and incredibly well-organised - you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. I'd stay there again, mostly for the solid location and building amenities!

My husband and self enjoyed 3 nights at this airbnb and highly recommend. The apartment had a really cosy feel, was clean and welcoming. The hosts communication was on point. The views are incredible, especially at night. We really enjoyed the facilities, and had a sauna each morning to start our day. The location is excellent. We will be back.

I had stayed here before, so it was a very easy decision to stay here again. I really like the place, the neighborhood, and the hosts. It’s comfortable, convenient, attractive, and well-provisioned.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

I will definitely be booking this apartment again. The host was extremely helpful and made the stay much more enjoyable with their ease of communication. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants down stairs and a quick 5 minute walk to Southern Cross station. The apartment was clean and had a really good view of Docklands and it was high enough that it was quiet and you could rarely hear noises from outside.

Great place and perfect to get to The G! Sam was responsive and flexible and helped make our event awesome!
