Monthly Rentals in Goswick

My wife and I have just returned home after a 3-night break at The Curfew Retreat. It’s a lovely spacious property where the owners have thought of everything. The place is clean and comfortable and well-situated for the town. The pub downstairs was lively for the bank holiday weekend, but didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we may have had one or two pints there ourselves! We can also recommend the Turkish restaurant next door where we had a very nice meal. We wouldn’t hesitate going back or recommending it to others. The only constructive criticism we have is that we would have liked bigger bath towels - we’re not the biggest in the world, but struggled to make them meet in the middle! All-in-all, a great place for a short break.

East Kyloe cottage was perfect for our family. Lots of space, comfy beds and extremely clean. The location was perfect for exploring Northumberland and the beautiful views and surroundings were great to wake up to. There were lots of toys/books to entertain the children and plenty of space outside and inside to run around. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful property in the heart of Northumberland.

We had a great 5 day stay at Mark's property. He was a very helpful host who met us at the property and gave a guided tour and explanation of all the facilities. The property was in good condition , very clean, well equipped and maintained. The location is ideal for visiting the area, particularly Holy Island, Bamburgh, Berwick etc. Our first visit to Northumberland and it won't be our last. A very enjoyable time in excellent accommodation.

Richard was an incredibly thoughtful host. The extra effort and attention to details really made us feel at home very quickly. His detailed check-in instructions and local recommendations were all completely spot-on. I don't think we could have realistically asked for anymore from our stay here. We wouldn't even think twice about staying at Lilliestead Cottages again if we were ever in the area, everything that you could possibly need. It was nice to be pleasantly surprised with a stay that far exceeded our expectations.
