Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. It is extremely well appointed with full open plan kitchen, dining room, sun room , utility room and three bedrooms. A traditional Irish cottage right on the seashore. You can't get closer to the sea than this! Situated in Whitestown about 5km from the busy village of Carlingford with shops, traditional Irish music pubs and choice of excellent restaurants and activities. Inside has a newly renovated interior, wood burning stove and is snug all year round with central heating. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves, explore the beach every day, walk the coastline, and drop into the infamous Lily Finnegans Pub.

Croob View Black Hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Victoria Drummond Tower was built as a Folly Tower in the victorian period in 1858 by William Drummond Delap as part of Monasterboice House & Demesne. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year.
