Great place to stay if you want to explore the beautiful Northumberland countryside. Perfect for a couple. Easy access and great facilities. Really comfy bed and bed linen. Graeme was really easy to get hold of and very helpful in facilitating early check in and a very welcome late check out after a very late night for a wedding nearby. Would highly recommend this property.

The space was lovely, clean, and quiet. I was staying to help relatives with a new baby and James and Mark were responsive to my questions and had no issue with my odd hours - slept very well which meant it was a godsend! Will stay again if I'm back around.

What a great stay! The photos don’t do it justice it’s absolutely pristine. Really good location with onsite parking was a real bonus. The hosts were really helpful as well giving us a recommendation for breakfast and dinner. If we are ever in the north of England again I know where we will stay, felt like a home away from home.

The old stables was a lovely stay, the place was gorgeous and it had everything we need and exceeded our expectations. It was very close to Newcastle for a day out and was just the perfect stay and just what we needed for a little weekend away!
