Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. Rented for the entire week during Arendalsuka, minimum 4 nights. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
