The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has its own entrance, is bright and spacious, approx. 95 m2 and contains 2 bedrooms with double bed, in the living room a sofa bed, antique pull-out bed for children. Open solution kitchen/living room. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine. The apartment has a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Lovely view from the conservatory over Nidelven. Wi-Fi. A small pet is allowed in the apartment BUT NOT IN THE GARDEN due to own dog. Park for free at the house, or 50 m away in a larger parking lot (for large cars).

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the piglet. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without shower, but the bathing stairs and the lovely water makes it worth it. There is also a gas grill. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to the local store.

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the edge of the pier means that it is closest to the sea of all apartments in the square. 🌊 The apartment is located on the car-free boardwalk. 🏝 You enjoy the panoramic view of the city fjord, the fortress and the city beach. Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026.

Welcome to our spacious, tidy apartment. Terrace in the evening sun. Central and at the same time undisturbed, 7 min walk down to the sea, 15 min to the city center, 45 min by car to the zoo. Shopping center 300 m. 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Heating/air conditioning heat pump, cables, bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. 150 cm double bed, 120 cm bed, and 75 cm. We live in the basement and are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Free parking, good bus connections. Possibility to rent 2 bicycles

Modern Sørland house with boat in Arendal!

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

dazzling SeaView apartment

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Large Downtown Apartment by cozy marina

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.
