Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje i et gammelt, renovert sørlandshus med sjøutsikt og tilgang til hage og brygge. Fra Kolbjørnsvik går det ferge til sentrum flere ganger i timen frem til kl 24 alle dager unntatt søndager og helligdager. Nabolaget svært idyllisk og nærområdene byr på mange flotte turopplevelser. Badestrender finnes innenfor 3km avstand. Bading kan også foregå fra egen brygge i hagen. Det er parkering for en bil på plassen utenfor huset. 15 fots jolle med 25 hk motor kan leies .

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Flak Gård is located in scenic surroundings at Tovdalselva. The apartment is totally newly refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with kids), and groups. The bedrooms are set up for two families on a trip, but are also well suited for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a renowned salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.
